Persons with disabilities often experience discrimination and exlcusion, despite the adoption of an increasingly rights-based approach to humanitarian assistance. The growing awareness must be accompanied by practical measures to identify and reduce barriers faced by persons with disabilities in an emergency situation.

All Under One Roof wants to transform the way humanitarian organisations approach inclusion and accessibility in their shelter and settlement programmes. It is the result of a collaborative process that started in 2013, involving CBM, Handicap International and IFRC.
